As an attorney, Dennis E. Jones has been practicing law in Virginia since 1974. From 1981 to 1984 he was appointed as hearings officer by the Virginia Supreme Court. He also served as a substitute judge on the 29th Judicial Court from 1982 to 1984. Between the years of 1983 and 1985, Mr. Jones served as Chairman of the Virginia State Bar Ninth District Ethics Committee and is permitted to practice at every level of the State and Federal court systems, including the U.S. Tax Court, 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, and United States Supreme Court.
